How we collect, use and protect your personal data when you visit our website or get in touch with us.

Last updated: 7 October 2026

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Robowealth Sdn Bhd (registration no. 201901013464 (1322792-P)), a company incorporated in Malaysia and trading as AutoWealth (“AutoWealth”, “we”, “us” or “our”). We are responsible for the personal data described in this notice, which explains how we handle it in line with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010, as amended in 2024 (the “PDPA”).

2. Personal data we collect

We only collect what we need to respond to you and run this website:

  • Contact form details: your full name, work email, company, and your message, plus anything you choose to add: your role, phone number, company size and the service you are interested in.
  • Emails and other correspondence: your name, email address, signature details and anything else you include when you email us or reply to us.
  • Basic technical data: when you visit the site, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically processes information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and the date and time of the request. This is used to deliver the site, keep it secure and fix problems.

Cookies and tracking: this website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and does not include third-party tracking scripts. Our hosting provider may use strictly necessary security measures to protect the site from abuse.

Please do not send us sensitive personal data (such as health or financial details) through the website.

3. How we use your personal data

  • To reply to your enquiry and arrange discovery calls or meetings.
  • To prepare proposals and to manage our business relationship with you or your organisation.
  • To send you information about our services, where you have agreed to this or it relates to an existing relationship (see section 9).
  • To operate, secure and improve this website.
  • To comply with legal and regulatory obligations and to protect our legal rights.

We process your personal data with your consent, which you give when you submit the contact form, email us, or otherwise provide your details to us, and where processing is otherwise permitted by the PDPA, for example to take steps you have asked for before entering into a contract, or to comply with the law. Providing your details is voluntary, but if you do not provide the required information we may not be able to respond to you.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it only with:

  • service providers that act on our behalf, such as our website hosting, email and IT providers, under appropriate confidentiality and data protection obligations;
  • our professional advisers (such as lawyers and accountants) where needed; and
  • regulators, courts, law enforcement or other authorities where required or permitted by law.

6. Transfers outside Malaysia

Some of our service providers may store or process personal data outside Malaysia. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure the data receives a level of protection comparable to the PDPA, as the law requires.

7. How long we keep it

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes above, including any period required by law, and then delete or anonymise it. Technical logs held by our hosting provider are kept for a limited period in line with that provider’s retention practices.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data from loss, misuse and unauthorised access, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections to this website and restricting access to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a data breach occurs, we will take the steps required by law, which may include notifying the Personal Data Protection Commissioner and affected individuals.

9. Your rights and choices

Subject to the PDPA, you may ask us to:

  • give you access to the personal data we hold about you;
  • correct personal data that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date;
  • withdraw your consent, in full or in part, to our processing of your personal data;
  • limit or stop processing that is likely to cause you substantial damage or distress; and
  • transmit your personal data to another organisation (data portability), where applicable and technically feasible.

Direct marketing: you can ask us at any time to stop sending you marketing communications by using the unsubscribe option in our emails (where provided) or by emailing us.

We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and may charge a fee where the PDPA allows. We will respond within the time required by law. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer respond to you or provide certain services.

10. Contact us

For questions, requests or complaints about this notice or your personal data, please email us at marketing@autowealth.my.

11. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice from time to time, for example if our services, providers or the law change. The latest version will always be published on this page with its “Last updated” date.
